This is a full-time office-based position suitable for freshers who have completed their 12th y Responsibilities:nn- Ticket Booking: Assist customers in booking air tickets, ensuring that all details are accurately recorded and n- Customer Service: Provide excellent support to customers by answering queries related to flight schedules, pricing, and booking - Handling Cancellations and Changes: Manage changes and cancellations of tickets, guiding customers through the process and ensuring all necessary actions are - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and customer interactions for future reference and quired Skills and Expectations:nnThe ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
