Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism, providing information about flights, airport facilities, and general travel assistance.

- Coordination with Airlines: Liaise with airline staff and ground operations teams for flight schedules and any special requirements for passengers.
Required Skills and Expectations:
