We are hiring an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The role involves employee relations, HR policies, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance and supporting business teams on HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Handle employee relations, grievances and engagement.

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and exits.

Support performance management and HR policies.

Coordinate payroll, attendance and statutory compliance.

Maintain HR MIS and employee records.

Support management with HR reports and workforce requirements.
