We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with strong exposure to B2B Business / Industrial Sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing clients, generating sales, and building long-term relationships with industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and generate recent B2B / Industrial sales opportunities.

Identify potential customers, industries, dealers, distributors, and business partners.

Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.

Conduct regular customer visits and understand their requirements.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up for order confirmation.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and other internal teams for smooth order execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales.

Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection where required.





Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B / Industrial Sales.

Candidates from industrial products, manufacturing, engineering products, minerals, metals, graphite/carbon products, or related sectors will be preferred.

Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

Target-oriented and result-focused approach.

Important:

? B2B / Industrial Sales experience is mandatory.

? Candidates with only retail, showroom, FMCG, or purely consumer sales experience may not be suitable.
