Key Requirements:

Proven experience in corporate training, preferably in sales, financial services, investments, or related industries.

Ability to conduct sales training, product training, communication training, and process training.

Experience in conducting role plays, mock calls, assessments, and training evaluations.

Ability to identify performance gaps and create training improvement plans.

Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

Comfortable preparing PPTs, training modules, assessments,



and training reports.

Should be able to independently manage training sessions and coordinate with Sales, HR, and Management.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
