Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

Generate leads and identify potential customers.

Follow up with customers through calls and messages.

Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

Coordinate with the Sales/HR/Management team as required.

Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up.

Required Skills

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.





Hindi and Gujarati communication skills; English knowledge will be an advantage.

Confident and polite telephone manner.

Good follow-up and convincing skills.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
