Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting calls to clients to address queries and provide information.

- Typing quotations accurately for customer orders and service proposals.

- Facilitating meetings and discussions with technicians to understand and resolve battery and inverter issues.

- Monitoring the day-to-day locations of technicians and adjusting schedules as needed.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with computers efficiently. A basic understanding of technical terms related to batteries and inverters would be beneficial.



You should be detail-oriented, with positive organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

This position is full-time, located in Kalkaji, Delhi. You will be required to work from the office and engage in fieldwork as necessary.
