We are seeking a motivated Telecaller Executive to join our team in Surat, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients through telephone calls, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services, providing them with detailed information and addressing any queries.

- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records with relevant information to ensure effective follow-up actions.

- Achieve daily and weekly call targets, demonstrating persistence and confidence in approaching leads.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a graduate degree and have 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role. Strong verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone, are essential.



Proficiency in English and Hindi will enhance customer interactions. A good understanding of the textile industry will be beneficial, and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.

The role is a full-time position based out of our office with working hours from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Candidates should be prepared to work in a professional office workplace and meet performance requirements.
