We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities for the Hotel Sonar Bangla. The role will involve sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring timely availability of goods as per operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day purchasing activities for hotel operations.

Source food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, engineering materials, stationery and other required items.

Identify and coordinate with suitable suppliers and vendors.

Obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality and delivery terms.

Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers when required.

Prepare and process purchase orders as per approved requirements.

Coordinate with stores and concerned departments regarding material requirements.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Check purchase documents, invoices, quotations and related records.

Maintain proper procurement records and supplier information.





Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with the Stores team to avoid shortages.

Support vendor evaluation and maintain skilled supplier relationships.

Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment-related documentation.

Ensure purchases follow company procedures and approved budgets.

Maintain records of purchase rates and assist in cost monitoring.

Handle purchase-related queries and resolve routine supply issues.
