We are seeking a Senior Manager HR to lead our human resources department in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in HR management, coupled with a skilled degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process by defining job requirements, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure the selection of qualified individuals who align with the company's values and goals.

- Employee Onboarding: Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program that helps new hires integrate smoothly into the company, providing them with essential training and resources.

- Performance Management: Develop and manage performance evaluation systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.

- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures,



making necessary updates to align with changes in laws and company practices.
