? Handle day-to-day pharmacy counter operation

? Attend to customers and understand their requirements

? Dispense medicines as per valid prescriptions and applicable rules

? Provide basic product information and guide customers appropriately

? Check medicine stock, batch numbers and expiry dates

? Maintain proper inventory and counter records

? Coordinate with the pharmacist/store team for stock availability

? Handle billing/POS transactions where required

? Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of medicines

? Support smooth customer service and pharmacy operations
