REARTH CONSULTANCY SERVICES PVT LTD is looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Ahmedabad.

The candidate will be responsible for B2B and B2C business development, understanding customer investment requirements, explaining our services/products clearly, generating and managing leads, and converting prospects into successful deals.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and a basic understanding of investment and financial service concepts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate and develop new business opportunities through B2B and B2C sales.

Identify potential customers and understand their investment requirements and business needs.

Explain investment plans, products, and services clearly and professionally.

Communicate the value and benefits of our services according to customer requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Follow up with leads through calls, meetings, and other business communication channels.

Conduct discussions with clients and understand their requirements to recommend suitable solutions.

Negotiate with customers and work toward mutually beneficial deals.

Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

Stay updated on company offerings, investment plans, and relevant market information.

REQUIRED SKILLS





Excellent English communication skills - Mandatory

ELIGIBILITY

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Investment, Financial Services, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.

Female candidates only.

Strong English communication is mandatory.

Candidates should be comfortable working in person from our Ahmedabad office.

Candidates with valuable negotiation, sales, and deal-closing abilities will be preferred.
