Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Sangrur.

The Marketing

Executive will plan and execute local marketing campaigns to promote PRATHAM Test Prep’s programs, including law, management, and CUET-focused courses. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target segments, coordinating outreach activities with schools and colleges, and supporting lead generation and conversion efforts. The role involves managing promotional events,



assisting with digital and offline marketing collateral, maintaining relationships with prospective students and parents, and collaborating with academic and counseling teams to communicate program value effectively.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze local education trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive inquiries, conversions, and brand visibility.
- Relevant experience in education or test prep marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Sangrur, travel locally for events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (MS Office, social media platforms) and data-driven reporting would be beneficial.
