Role Description The Manager role at First Adviser | Your Loan Partner is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The Manager will oversee daily operations related to loan sourcing, customer onboarding, and coordination with banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring field staff and business development teams, ensuring adherence to compliance and documentation standards, and monitoring performance against business targets. The role involves reviewing loan proposals, optimizing processes for faster turnaround,



and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and corporate clients. The Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership to implement technology-driven solutions, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives in the region.

Qualifications

- Experience in retail lending or banking operations, with strong knowledge of unsecured and secured loan products (e.g., personal, business, home, mortgage, SME, and vehicle loans).
- Proven skills in team leadership, people management, and performance coaching for field staff and business development professionals.
- Competence in business development, client relationship management, and channel partner engagement in financial services.
- Ability to manage operational workflows, documentation, compliance requirements, and risk assessment for loan processing.
- Comfort with technology platforms, CRM tools, and data-driven reporting; exposure to digital or AI-enabled lending solutions is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to accuracy, timelines, and customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or prior banking experience is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate across teams, and uphold high standards of ethics, transparency, and data security.
