Manager – Community Growth & Partnerships

We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded relationship-builder to help grow two distinctive business communities with an international focus.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating partnerships, engaging communities and turning conversations into opportunities.

1. Community Growth

Acquire and activate high-quality members across India and international markets. Build referral channels, conduct targeted outreach, nurture prospects and convert them into members.

2. Partnerships

Build relationships with business networks, skilled associations, chambers, founder communities, corporates, universities, media and ecosystem organisations that can create reach, credibility, members and opportunities.

3. Community & Experience

Keep members active, connected and engaged online, while supporting highly curated, premium in-person experiences and building a curated participant pipeline.

4. Digital & Social Growth

Use LinkedIn, Instagram, email, WhatsApp and other digital channels for outreach, engagement, campaigns and acquisition.



Create ideas and content that drive conversations and conversions, not simply followers.

This is not a conventional social media, events or community administration role.

We are looking for someone who can build relationships, generate opportunities and contribute directly to growth.

You should be:

- Outgoing, confident and naturally good with people
- Commercially minded and comfortable with outreach and selling
- Digitally savvy and comfortable across social and digital channels
- Creative, resourceful and self-driven
- Well connected, or capable of building a strong network quickly
- Comfortable engaging with founders, business leaders and senior professionals
- Someone who takes initiative and makes things happen

Experience in community, partnerships and business development would be relevant.
