- Update customer information and call details in the system.
- Follow company processes and quality guidelines.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Fluent in Malayalam and English.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work from the Bengaluru location.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, if applicable.
