Job Summary

PPJ Construction is looking for an experienced Legal Executive with 5–6 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry, with robust exposure to litigation, property matters and legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle civil, property and real estate-related litigation matters.
- Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants for ongoing court cases.
- Draft and review legal notices, replies, petitions, agreements and other legal documents.
- Excellent Drafting skills
- Monitor court cases, hearings, case status and ensure timely follow-up.
- Handle property disputes, land-related matters and contractual disputes.
- Conduct property title verification and legal due diligence.
- Draft, review and negotiate sale agreements, development agreements, lease deeds, MoUs and other contracts.
- Handle RERA-related matters and compliance.




- Coordinate with government authorities, advocates and other stakeholders.
- Review property documents, approvals, permissions and title deeds.
- Provide legal advice on contractual, property and construction-related matters.
- Maintain proper records of litigation, legal notices, agreements and property documents.
- Identify legal risks and assist management in resolving legal issues.

Requirements
- LLB / LLM from a recognised university.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction.
- Experience coordinating with advocates, courts and government authorities.
- Good communication & drafting skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
