nLEAD / SENIOR DESIGNER

nWe're looking for a Lead / Senior Designer to join our team and help bring exciting projects to life.

n

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

nLead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a cohesive and thoughtful design narrative.

nDevelop design presentations, drawings and specifications.

nCoordinate with clients throughout the project - understand their vision, present design proposals, manage feedback and ensure approvals at key stages.

nWork closely with consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure design intent is translated on site.

nGuide and mentor junior designers, fostering a cooperative and creative studio culture.

nOversee material selection, custom design development and detailing.





nEnsure projects are delivered with a high level of design quality, creativity and technical accuracy.

n

nREQUIREMENTS

n5+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects (preferably high-end residential and/or hospitality.

nStrong design sensibility, attention to detail and a passion for creating meaningful spaces.

nProficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

nExcellent client coordination, communication and presentation skills.

nGood technical knowledge of materials, finishes and construction detailing

nA proactive attitude, ability to manage multiple projects and work independently as well as within a team.
