- About the RoleWe are hiring an exceptional, hands-on Lead Content Architect and Web Experience Strategist to take total ownership of our brand’s intellectual voice, technical publications, and digital web infrastructure for EMERGENCE '26 (November 17–21, 2026 in Thiruvananthapuram).

We have already deployed our campaign acquisition engine (Head of Launch Campaigns and Growth Operations Exec). Now, we need a high-signal content expert and autonomous webmaster to drive the intellectual core of our campaigns. In this role, you will autonomously revamp and maintain our existing corporate website on WordPress and Elementor Pro—slashing plugin bloat, optimizing asset delivery, and enforcing strict cost efficiency without relying on outside agencies or developers.

Simultaneously, you will act as our chief scribe and narrative architect. You will produce human-crafted, deeply researched white papers, ebooks, executive dossiers, sponsor briefs, and developer prospectuses that establish KOLOFON.AI as a definitive authority. You will ensure that every landing page, email sequence, and ad creative deployed by the launch team is powered by compelling, high-converting, human-written copy.

- What You Will Build and Own
1. Autonomous WordPress and Elementor Web Architecture: Conduct an end-to-end revamp of our existing WordPress website using Elementor Pro. Audit and eliminate redundant paid plugins, streamline third-party scripts, optimize page speed and caching, and establish an ultra-lean, cost-optimized hosting infrastructure without external technical dependencies.
2. Summit Collateral and Publishing Engine: Research, write, and publish the complete portfolio of commercial and technical documentation for EMERGENCE '26:

- The Executive Dossier: High-ticket, persuasive briefing packets curated for 30 C-suite retreat delegates.
- The Developer Prospectus: Rigorous,



architecture-heavy curriculum guides for 65 mid-to-senior software engineers.
- Enterprise Sponsor Briefs: High-conviction commercial decks for Title Sponsors.

4. Paid Acquisition Support (Bonus Multiplier): While performance marketing is primarily driven by the launch team, the ability to independently run, test, or troubleshoot ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is a strong operational bonus.
