Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Experience in tools like Auto CAD, Sketch Up, In Design & Rhino 3 D8-12 years of skilled experience within a design-led architectural practice Strong portfolio across large-scale commercial, mixed-use, workplace, hospitality, residential, or urban development projects Experience leading project teams and managing client interactions Strong design, presentation,



and communication skills Proven ability to balance creative outcomes with project delivery requirements Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and consultants Familiarity with industry-standard design and documentation software Key Responsibilities Lead projects from concept development through delivery Develop innovative design solutions and oversee design quality Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants Guide project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Mentor and support junior team members Contribute to business development and project pursuits Ensure projects align with commercial, operational, and design objectives Desired Skills Architectural design leadership Project delivery and coordination Client and stakeholder management Team leadership and mentoring Commercial awareness and project planning Design presentation and communication
