Job Title: Accounts Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Officer to oversee our daily financial operations and statutory compliance. As a subsidiary of a US-based enterprise, this role involves close collaboration with our US administration team. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Operations: Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, general ledger, accounts payable, and vendor payments.

- Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST calculations, return filings, and documentation. Oversee TDS calculations, deductions, quarterly return filings, and Form 16A generation.

- Payroll & Statutory Execution: Process monthly payroll, manage disbursements, and execute statutory compliance requirements (EPF, ESIC, LWF, and Income Tax).

- Audit & Regulation: Support internal/external audit processes.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with banks, tax authorities and vendors to resolve queries effectively.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance,



or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in end-to-end accounting, Indian taxation, and payroll execution.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central is highly preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with MS Excel and payroll processing platforms.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written English communication skills for daily interaction with US team.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical mind, high attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving initiative.
