Role Description This full-time Design Coordination Engineer role is an Corporate office position based in Chennai city. The role involves coordinating design activities between PEB & CIVIL domains, and product design teams to ensure integrated and complete the project deliverables. The Design Coordination Engineer will review drawings and specifications, manage design documentation, and track design changes and approvals. Prepare and submit Tenders based on BOQ or design & build projects. Daily tasks include using CAD tools to prepare and update layouts, resolving design conflicts, and supporting project managers and site teams with explicit technical information. The role also includes participating in design review meetings, occassional site visits aligning design outputs with project schedules,



and maintaining communication with internal stakeholders and external consultants/architects and erection agencies.

Qualifications

- Fresher of B.E. /M.E. (CIVIL) Candidates or 1 to 3 years expereince in PEB works or CIVIL industrial building should possess strong skills in Design Engineering cooridnation, or site management, estimation, cost analysis, bidding & tender submissions, quanitiy surveying works for coordinating multidisciplinary project requirements.
- Candidates should possess Civil Engineering expertise to support system design, component selection, and technical analysis.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing, modifying, and reviewing technical drawings and well conversant with MS office computer applications.
- Relevant engineering degree (Civil or Structural Design, or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Experience in infrastructure, industrial, or construction projects and familiarity with applicable standards and codes.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively at office and site staffs.
- Ability to manage multiple design inputs, meet deadlines, and use basic project management and office software effectively.
