Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Telugu + English Content Writer who understands social media, reels, storytelling, and business content.

This is not just a blog-writing role . We need someone who can turn a simple business idea, product, location, or shoot into engaging content that people want to watch.

Key Responsibilities

- Write creative Telugu and English scripts for Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Create strong hooks for the first 3–5 seconds of videos
- Write 30–60 second video scripts for brands and businesses
- Develop scripts for Shootza founder/personal-branding videos
- Create Instagram captions, carousel copy and social media content
- Develop creative concepts before client shoots
- Prepare content briefs for creators, videographers and editors
- Research current social-media trends and adapt them for brands
- Create content for restaurants, salons, interiors, real estate, healthcare, retail and other businesses




- Turn completed shoots into stories, case studies and promotional content
- Write ad copy, website copy and campaign messaging when required
- Coordinate with the creative, shoot and marketing teams
- Maintain the Shootza brand voice consistently across platforms

What We're Looking For

Strong written Telugu and English are mandatory. The candidate should understand natural conversational Telugu, not just formal Telugu.

Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts and current content trends is important. The person should be able to think creatively, write catchy hooks, understand storytelling and convert business requirements into easy, engaging scripts.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred. Talented freshers with a strong portfolio or excellent writing skills can also apply.

Hiring Test

Shortlisted candidates will be given a practical assignment:

One sample business → 5 Reel Ideas + 2 Hooks + 1 Telugu/English 30-second Reel Script + 1 Shootza Brand/Founder Script.

We will evaluate creativity, hooks, storytelling, language quality and understanding of social-media content , not just grammar.
