- Ph.D./MBA/PGDM or relevant qualification from a recognized institution.

- Robust academic record with relevant teaching, research, and/or academic leadership experience.

- Candidates from IIMs, IITs, reputed B-Schools, leading Universities, and international institutions are preferred.
n
- Strong research profile with publications in reputed journals is an added advantage.
n
- Excellent communication, mentoring, leadership, and curriculum development skills.
n
- Industry experience, consultancy, academic collaborations, and corporate engagement will be an advantage.

- Undertake research, publications, consultancy, and academic collaborations.

- Contribute to accreditation, rankings, quality initiatives, seminars, conferences, and FDPs.

- HODs will additionally provide academic and administrative leadership, faculty mentoring, programme development, and institutional growth initiatives.
