We are looking for freshers and final-year students for the role of Junior HR at midfin360, who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and People Operations. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, documentation, HR operations and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave and HR-related requirements.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and employee communications.
- Support employee engagement activities, events and internal HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR and administrative requirements.
- Assist with background verification and employee documentation processes.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned HR activities and follow company policies and processes.

Eligibility & Skills

- Final-year students pursuing Graduation / Post-Graduation or fresh graduates.
- HR / MBA / BBA / Management background preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude with a people-oriented approach.

Note: The first 2 months will be an internship period. Candidates who successfully complete the internship will be moved to the Trainee position with a monthly stipend until completion of their final examinations. Upon successful completion of the examinations and satisfactory performance, eligible candidates may be converted to full time employment with MidFin Wealth Private Limited.
