Key Responsibilities

● Design Content: Create daily graphics, carousels, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

● Edit Video: edit short-form videos like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

● Brand Consistency: Follow brand guidelines for colors, fonts, and styles across all posts.

● Stay Updated: Follow current social media design trends, popular audio, and new formats.

● Collaborate: Work with the marketing team to plan and brainstorm campaign ideas.

● Asset Organization: Keep design files and media assets organized and easy to find.

Required Skills

● Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

● Design Basics: Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

● Video Skills: Basic video editing, pacing, and adding text animations or captions to reels.

● Communication: Ability to take feedback well and meet tight deadlines.

● Portfolio: A strong portfolio showing social media graphics and video reels.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
