Role Description The Junior Architect role at The Dimensions is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik. In this role, the team member supports senior architects in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and refining design details for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Daily responsibilities include creating and updating CAD models, assisting in preparation of presentations and design documentation, and coordinating with consultants and vendors on design-related inputs.

The Junior

Architect helps with site visits, measurements, and progress reviews, ensuring designs are accurately translated into built form. Collaboration with the project team,



adherence to timelines, and compliance with design standards and local regulations are integral to the role.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools, BIM platforms, and digital workflows.
- Basic knowledge of Project Management principles, including task planning, coordination with stakeholders, and documentation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and comfort with new digital tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent architectural qualification from an accredited institution.
- Strong visual, spatial, and technical drawing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of sustainable design practices and local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, and willingness to learn from feedback.
