Key Responsibilities

- Design graphics for social media, websites, marketing collateral, and print materials
- Create visual content including banners, brochures, posters, packaging, and presentations
- Collaborate with the marketing/content team to understand design requirements and brand guidelines
- Edit and retouch images as needed
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity and visual consistency
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Prepare final files for print and digital publishing

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva is a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Basic knowledge of digital design formats (social media specs, web graphics)
- Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
