Job Summary

Bharat Soft Technologies is looking for a motivated Java Developer Intern to join our software development team in Pimpri-Chinchwad. This internship is suitable for freshers, recent graduates, and candidates who want to build practical experience in Java development.

You will work with experienced developers on real-world software projects and gain hands-on experience in application development, debugging, databases, APIs, and software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Java-based applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable Java code.
- Assist in developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Work with databases such as MySQL and write basic SQL queries.
- Debug application issues and assist with troubleshooting.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and bug fixing.
- Understand project requirements and contribute to technical solutions.
- Follow software development and version-control practices using Git.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to complete project tasks.
- Learn and apply industry-standard development practices.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Understanding of Java concepts such as classes, objects, inheritance,



interfaces, and exception handling.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and development tools.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Spring or Spring Boot.
- Understanding of REST APIs.
- Familiarity with MySQL.
- Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA is a plus.
- Academic or personal projects using Java.

Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc., BCA, MCA, or a related degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Final-year students, recent graduates, and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Candidates should have a genuine interest in Java and software development.
