Java Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 3–8 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable Java-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, databases, and microservices architecture, along with good problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
- Develop scalable and secure backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
- Work with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize queries when required.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support deployment and production issue resolution when required.

Required Skills
- Robust proficiency in Core Java.
- Good understanding of Java 8+, including Streams, Lambda Expressions,



Collections, and Multithreading.
- Strong experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience developing REST APIs.
- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with JPA / Hibernate.
- Familiarity with Git and version-control practices.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Understanding of application security, exception handling, logging, and performance optimization.

Good to Have
- Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Redis or other caching technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience working on high-volume or enterprise applications.
