: JDE Consultant (Expert) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Consultant to lead functional and/or techno-functional implementations, business process optimization, and enterprise solution delivery. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to drive transformation and maximize ERP value.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Business Process

Consulting & Solution Design - Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions

- Perform gap analysis and propose optimized workflows and system configurations
- Recommend best-fit JDE solutions using standard capabilities wherever possible 2. Implementation & Delivery - Lead or support JDE implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Define functional specifications and support technical teams during development
- Ensure quality delivery aligned with project timelines and scope 3.

Functional

Expertise & Optimization - Provide expertise across JDE modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, etc.)

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across ERP landscape 4.

Stakeholder

Engagement & Support - Work directly with end users to define business solutions and priorities





- Provide application support, issue resolution, and user training
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and business validation 5. Governance & Documentation - Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and design artefacts
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, change management, and governance processes Key Skills & Competencies - Strong expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Functional / Techno-functional)
- Deep understanding of ERP processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder management and communication capabilities
- Experience in SDLC, Agile, and ERP implementations Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field
- 8–12+ years of JDE experience, with implementation exposure
- Domain expertise in at least one core ERP module Valuable to Have - Experience in global delivery (onsite/offshore model)
- Exposure to integrations, reporting tools, and automation Success Metrics (KPIs) - Business process efficiency improvements
- Successful ERP implementations/deliveries
- User adoption and satisfaction
