The project involves transforming complex legacy enterprise capabilities into scalable, resilient and supportable Java services, offering an opportunity to work on modern backend architecture, development, performance engineering and cloud-native technologies.

What we're looking for For 5–9 Years: Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and Java 8+Strong experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs Hands-on experience with Microservices Strong SQL and database knowledge Experience with JUnit / Mockito and automated testing Experience with Git/Git Hub and CI/CDGood debugging and production issue-resolution skills Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes or cloud is an advantage For 10–15 Years / Lead-level: Strong expertise in Core Java and Java 8–17 Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Web Flux, Spring JDBC and Spring AOPStrong understanding of Multithreading, Concurrency,
