? Hiring: IT Scrum Master | Contract Logistics IT

TechXlnc is looking for an experienced IT Scrum Master to join a technology team supporting Contract Logistics, Industrial Technology & Automation initiatives.

? Location: Hyderabad / India

? Experience: 8+ years overall IT experience

? Scrum Master Experience: 2+ years

? Domain Experience: Logistics / Industrial Automation / Transportation preferred

? API Integration Experience: Required / Preferred

? Role: IT Scrum MasterReporting to: Senior Manager – Industrial Technology & Automation

? Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
- Manage engineering development projects and facilitate sprint releases
- Drive sprint execution across globally distributed teams
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery flow
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture and Business teams
- Support backlog prioritization, estimation and sprint planning
- Manage project changes from request submission through closure
- Ensure requirements, scope, cost, test cases and other information are available for prioritization
- Identify and resolve project conflicts, roadblocks and delivery challenges
- Conduct post-mortems and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Track Agile metrics including velocity, backlog, burndown and sprint progress
- Maintain project information in tools such as JIRA, MS Project or similar
- Prepare and present project status/readouts to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices
- Protect teams from uncontrolled scope changes and interruptions
- Work with Product Owners on priorities and scope
- Collaborate with Architecture teams to assess and size epics/stories





? Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 2+ years of proven Scrum Master experience
- 3–5 years of experience working on technology projects
- Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Infrastructure or Industrial Automation is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and Kanban
- Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, practices and ceremonies
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery processes
- Experience with Agile metrics, backlog management, user stories, velocity and burndown
- Experience working with Architecture and Engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

? API / Technology ExperienceCandidates with experience in API integration projects will be preferred. Experience with any of the following is valuable:

REST APIs | API Integration | Docker | CI/CD | Integration Platforms | Microservices

? Logistics ExperienceExperience working on Logistics / Contract Logistics / Transportation / Industrial Automation technology projects will be an advantage.
