Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive IT Executive to manage our internal systems, local network, hardware, and clinical software. The ideal candidate will handle daily IT troubleshooting, data backups, system configuration, and vendor coordination for technical upgrades and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, local landline phones, and network infrastructure.

Manage billing software, token systems, and database configurations for smooth daily operations.

Execute routine data recovery, system backups, and software licensing setups.

Coordinate with local vendors for hardware repairs, PIN resets, and equipment upgrades.

Ensure network security, data protection, and user access management.





Provide prompt technical support to clinical and administrative staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: BCA, Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Hardware/Networking.

Experience: 0–3 years in IT support or systems administration (Freshers with strong hardware/networking skills are welcome).

Location: Candidates residing in Delhi NCR preferred.

Key Qualities & Skills:

Hands-on experience with OS installation, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of database management and local software configurations.

Positive problem-solving abilities and communication skills (Hindi/English).

Punctuality, discipline, and ability to handle technical issues efficiently.
