Job Purpose:

To ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT operations across the hotel by managing systems, networks, hardware, software, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage hotel IT infrastructure, network, Wi-Fi, computers, printers, and servers.
- Provide technical support to all departments and resolve IT issues promptly.
- Maintain and support PMS, POS, HRMS, attendance, email, and other hotel systems.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV and security systems.
- Ensure regular data backup and basic cybersecurity measures.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, AMC, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain IT records, documentation, and service reports.
- Support IT requirements during guest operations, events, and meetings.
- Coordinate with Corporate IT and external service providers whenever required.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Good knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, PMS/POS, CCTV, and IT support.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
