Key Skills & Qualifications
· 10 years of experience in delivery operations, project/program management, and governance within IT Services & Consulting.
· Robust expertise in delivery governance, stakeholder management, operational reporting, and performance tracking.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel, including MIS reporting, dashboards, pivot tables, and data analysis.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strong execution mindset.
· Experience managing globally distributed and client-facing teams.
· PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-CPMAI or equivalent certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of the BFSI domain and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies is a plus.
