About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory & Billing Executive to manage day-to-day inventory operations, sales and purchase billing, stock records, and inventory management through Zoho Inventory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain day-to-day inventory and stock records.
- Create and manage Sales Invoices, Purchase Bills, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders.
- Handle inventory transactions and stock movements in Zoho Inventory.
- Ensure timely and accurate stock inward and outward entries.
- Maintain records of purchases, sales, returns, stock adjustments, and closing stock.
- Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock / out-of-stock items.
- Reconcile physical stock with system stock and identify discrepancies.
- Verify SKU, quantity, pricing, GST, HSN, and vendor/customer details while preparing bills.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts, and E-commerce teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of all sales and purchase transactions.
- Assist with stock audits and inventory reconciliation.




- Prepare regular inventory and stock reports for management.
- Ensure all inventory and billing data is updated accurately and on time.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Inventory, Billing, Stock Management, or Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory is preferred.
- Positive understanding of Sales & Purchase Invoicing/Billing.
- Basic knowledge of GST, HSN, and tax-related billing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inventory and billing transactions efficiently.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or warehouse operations will be an advantage.
- Experience with Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books is preferred.
- Comfortable handling a large number of SKUs and daily transactions.
- Should be organized, responsible, and capable of working independently.
