TGH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Workday Integration Lead Consultant with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing complex Workday integration landscapes.

The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered multiple end-to-end Workday implementations, possess strong technical expertise, and be capable of owning integration strategy, architecture, delivery, and production support across HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end Workday integration strategy, roadmap, architecture, and delivery.
- Lead integration workstreams throughout implementation and post-production support.
- Design scalable and enterprise-grade integration solutions.
- Establish integration standards, governance, monitoring, and operational controls.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues.
- Act as the escalation point for integration-related incidents.
- Collaborate with business, technical, payroll, HR, and vendor teams to drive integration decisions.
- Lead technical discussions and workshops with stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide integration teams and senior technical resources.
- Identify potential issues proactively and recommend effective solutions.

US Payroll Knowledge

Candidates should have a strong understanding of:

- Multi-state payroll processing
- Retroactive and off-cycle payments
- Tax withholding requirements
- FLSA-related payroll impacts
- Wage attachment processing
- Payroll balancing and reconciliation
- Payroll audits

Required Experience
- 10+ years of Workday experience
- 7+ years of Workday Integration leadership experience
- Minimum 3 complete end-to-end Workday implementations
- Experience handling multiple production support engagements
- Experience supporting organizations with 10,000+ employees
- Strong experience integrating Workday with payroll vendors and enterprise applications
- Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
