The role involves monitoring system performance, coordinating preventive maintenance, managing backups, and assisting with implementation of IT policies.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology and IT Operations skills, with experience managing day-to-day infrastructure and systems in a corporate environment.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to resolve user issues efficiently and maintain service quality.
- Knowledge of information security best practices, backup and recovery, and basic server administration is preferred.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills are required.
