Role Description The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for identifying, contacting, and managing relationships with influencers and content creators who align with the HAIR RAP BY YOYO brand. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating collaborations, negotiating deliverables, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across social media and digital platforms.

The coordinator will organize salon visits and content days for influencers, gather and curate user-generated content, and support the planning of campaigns around new services, trends, and events.



This role works closely with the salon’s leadership and marketing team to grow brand visibility, engagement, and community presence.

Qualifications

- Influencer outreach and relationship management skills, including experience coordinating collaborations and maintaining professional partnerships.
- Social media and content coordination skills, such as planning posts, managing calendars, and curating visual and video content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Basic marketing and campaign support skills, including assisting with promotions, events, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Communication and negotiation skills to handle influencer discussions, clarify deliverables, and ensure clear expectations.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to oversee multiple collaborations, track deadlines, and report on campaign activities.
- Understanding of beauty, fashion, or salon industry trends; prior experience in a lifestyle or beauty environment is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, client-facing setting and collaborating closely with creative and operational team members.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
