The Mandate
Your job is to build the US creator roster our entire output runs on. The role spans four phases:
- Hunt: Map where the creators we need actually are, platform by platform, niche by niche, and build the target list. Follower count is the least interesting thing about a creator.
- Judge: Read a body of work and call whether this person delivers on brief, on time, on repeat. Most won't. Being right about this is most of the job.
- Close: Cold outreach to people who already get pitched daily. You'll hear no a lot. The roster grows on how well you handle that.
- Onboard: First brief to first delivery is where creators are won or lost. Own that stretch: expectations, feedback, the correction after the first miss.
All of it has to survive the roster tripling. If it only works because you're holding it up, it isn't built yet. Hours: 8pm to 4am IST. Our creators are in the US and this window covers their full working day. This is a night shift, not a late start. Plenty of positive people can't do this, and we would rather you know now.
The Persona
You are genuinely warm, and entirely unsentimental. Creators like dealing with you, and they can take you at your word. You do not flinch from cutting someone you like when they stop delivering.
Zero ego on unglamorous work, since much of this job is follow-ups,
chasing, and administration that no one will congratulate you for. And a refusal to take no for an answer, because the creators worth having are the hardest to reach and are already being pitched by everyone else.
The Bar
Our criteria are unapologetically narrow. We are looking for professionals with more than a year of experience and absolute functional competence.
- Pipeline ownership: You have been personally accountable for finding people, moving them, and keeping them. Creator economy exposure helps. Having built something from zero helps more.
- People judgment: Show you ten creator profiles and you can call which three are still delivering in six months, and defend it with something better than vibes.
- Systems instinct: You fix the class of problem, not the instance. You reason from first principles rather than inherited practice, and you don't need a reminder system that is really just a person reminding you.
Why Join
- Master how public perception and global attention are manufactured. This is the single most valuable, future-proof skill set in today's world. Learn it, and you can distribute any product or idea for the rest of your career.
