Indian Accountant – Hotel Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and verify sales, purchase, cash, bank, and general ledger entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciliation.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Handle hotel revenue reconciliation, including room revenue, restaurant/F&B; and other operational income.
- Monitor and reconcile POS, OTA and payment gateway transactions.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments whenever required.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation regulations.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting, GST & TDS.
- Experience with hotel accounting and revenue reconciliation will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification preferred.

Ideal Candidate A detail-oriented accounting professional with hands-on experience in hotel accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and day-to-day financial operations.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
