Role Description The Immigration Consultant will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, supporting clients through the end-to-end immigration process.

Responsibilities include assessing client eligibility, advising on suitable visa options, and explaining legal and procedural requirements in clear, accessible terms. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with legal and case management teams, submitting applications, and monitoring case progress. The consultant will maintain regular communication with clients, provide status updates, address questions,



and ensure that all actions align with current immigration laws and regulations.

This position also requires maintaining accurate records, using internal systems to track cases, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration processes, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant policies.
- Experience working with visas and related documentation, including eligibility assessment and application preparation.
- Background or familiarity with law as it relates to immigration, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Consulting skills, including client needs assessment, solution recommendation, and clear communication of complex information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with digital tools and case management systems for tracking and updating client files.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in immigration or global mobility are an advantage.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting or a similar client-facing skilled services role is highly beneficial.
