Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Dera Bassi. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers. The recruiter will create and publish job postings, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership to understand staffing needs, updating recruitment reports and databases, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires.



The role also requires maintaining compliance with company policies, promoting employer branding initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement in recruitment practices.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Experience in Hiring processes, including coordinating interviews, making offers, and supporting onboarding.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Interviewing techniques, including structured and competency-based interviews.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices, employment regulations, and recruitment best practices.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in HR or recruitment are an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a recruiter or talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organization.
