Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR activities to support staff and organizational goals at Prachin Global Hospitals. This full time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and includes responsibilities such as overseeing HR operations, maintaining HR records, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures. The role involves handling employee onboarding and offboarding, coordinating payroll and benefits information with relevant teams, and supporting performance management processes.

The Human Resources

Executive will address employee queries, assist in employee relations initiatives,



and help implement engagement and retention programs. The role also includes supporting recruitment activities, coordinating training programs, and working closely with department heads to ensure consistent HR practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to effectively support organizational HR strategies and workforce planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies to manage processes, documentation, compliance, and standardized procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to handle employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive work environment.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and best practices in hospital or healthcare HR is beneficial.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in HR systems or HRIS, MS Office tools, and basic data reporting is preferred.
- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are advantageous.
