We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in international hiring, particularly for operational and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete recruitment process and working with candidates across different region

Work Mode: Work From Home

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 1-2 years

Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for international operational roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.




- Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets.

Required Skills:

- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in international hiring.
- Hands-on experience hiring for operational/non-technical roles.
- Positive knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in the 5 PM – 2 AM shift.
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
