Hiring: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Nagpur
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR / Graduate
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases & references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients/companies
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS
- Follow up with candidates until joining
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures
Required Skills:
✅ Good communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Solid sourcing and screening skills
✅ Knowledge of recruitment processes
✅ MS Office / Excel knowledge
✅ Target-oriented and proactive approach
