Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Post job openings on different recruitment platforms and manage job postings.
- Review and screen CVs to identify relevant candidates.
- Source and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company fit.
- Conduct initial virtual screening/interview rounds.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary and other employment terms.
- Guide selected candidates through the joining and onboarding process.
- Conduct and coordinate background verification of selected candidates.




- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate trackers, and hiring status updates.

Requirements

- 2–8 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Good understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify suitable candidates and assess job fit.
- Experience with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
