About the Role

We are seeking self-motivated, proactive Freelance HR Recruiters to assist in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across technical and non-technical domains. You will enjoy complete flexibility over your working hours while earning per successful candidate placement.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, salary fit, and notice periods.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interview rounds between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process up to offer acceptance and day-1 joining.

Requirements





- Both fresher and experienced are welcome
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and headhunting.
- Access to your own laptop, high-speed internet, and phone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
