We are looking for HR Recruiters with strong communication skills and proven experience in high-volume hiring for International Contact Centers/BPOs.
If you have experience hiring for International Voice/Non-Voice Contact Center processes and enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment setting, we would like to meet you!
? Position: HR Recruiter – Volume Hiring
? Location: Brookefield, Bangalore
? Work Mode: Work from Office
? CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
? Working: 6 Days
⏰ Fixed Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
What we're looking for
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Hands-on experience in International Contact Center/BPO Volume Hiring
✅ Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
✅ Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and hiring targets
✅ Experience handling candidates through the complete recruitment lifecycle
❌ Please note: We will not consider profiles with:
- Only Consultancy/Recruitment Agency experience
- Only Domestic BPO/Contact Center hiring experience
- No prior International Contact Center/BPO volume hiring experience
